Staff run enrollments from one Lightning app.
Scope to launch took two weeks.
Fixed a navigation bug the morning it was found during a client demo.

Pay Your Tuition Foundation operational core and QA

A scholarship tax credit platform needed a clean Salesforce operational core and serious testing.

Designed and built the Salesforce operational data model: contributions, applications, awards, disbursements, and compliance tracking inside the live Pay Your Tuition Salesforce app.
Tested the Project X portal across 8 stakeholder roles (Admin, Donor, Family, SGO Reviewer, Approver, Authorizer, Provider, Regulator) and found a real API bug, reported to the team.
Consolidated a temporary build into the existing app and deleted duplicate objects.

14-step enrollment out of Hive into Salesforce

Student enrollment lived as a 14-step workflow in Hive and needed one system the team could run.
